SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit in
the form of a driver license and a major credit card are required from
each person renting equipment. Security deposits will be returned only
when all equipment rented is returned or payment has been made for not
cleaned, lost or damaged equipment.
Waivers required for all
players and parent's signature required for players of age10-17.
